TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Before you read the terms and conditions stated below, it should be mentioned that this page could have been written "fine print style". However, instead of writing this part in a manner that is full of complicated terms and barely comprehensible to the reader, it seemed better to write it in plain language. These are the terms & conditions which you must agree to if you are joining Sexy Ladies In the Making -- whether on a Free Trial basis or as a paid Yearly Member. The first point listed bellow is what usually takes up several paragraphs in most other agreements, and, at the end, usually leaves you wondering what you just agreed to! Here, though, everything is stated in plain - sometimes even blunt - language, so that you may be aware of and know exactly what you are agreeing to. Below, the word "I" is used to refer to you, the reader, who is about to join Sexy Ladies In the Making: 1. I will not sue (bring or file a lawsuit) against Sexy Ladies In the Making (SLIM), LLC or www.slimintegrated.com or Irene Jenson or any other person(s) or companies in any way related to or associated with any of the above mentioned person(s) or entities for any reason. 2. If I am unhappy with anything here at SLIM (as either a paid member or on a trial basis), I am aware that for 6 months, or 30-days free plus another 5 months if you are on our Free Trial period, I can expect a 100% money back guarantee on my membership fee. 3. If I have any concerns, I can always contact SLIM to discuss the issue at hand and come to a resolution which is acceptable for both or all parties involved. 4. I promise to sincerely do MY part and give this opportunity my very best. I understand that Sexy Ladies In the Making can only povide the enviornment, tools, knowledge, and support needed for my success, but ultimately, my success and victory boils down to how - and IF - I will actually use what I am being given here . 5. I am aware that all material here - all writings, all downloadable materials, all designs, all products ideas, designs and/or prototypes, and any other such items - are 5 the copyright and/or trademarks of Sexy Ladies In the Making (SLIM), and so I will not attempt to copy and sell or distribute this material in any other way to any other person(s) or entities. 6. Ideally, when I am successful with Sexy Ladies In the Making, I will give my personal success story so that SLIM can use it as a testimony. However, if I am not comfortable or happy with providing my story, I understand that I have the right to make this known, and thereby be excused from it. 7. On my honor, I will use the FREE 30-day trial period only ONCE; after this point, if I am saitisfied, I will join Sexy Ladies In the Making as a paid yearly member, OR, if for any reason I am dissatisfied with my SLIM experience, I will either improve and work it out with SLIM, or move on. Additionally, if I am honestly in a financially difficult situation, thereby making it impossible to pay for SLIM's membership fee, I know I can contact SLIM and receive appropriate help, according to my unique situation, since SLIM does not wish for any Lady who truly wishes to be a member, to be left out, merely because of a lack of sufficient funds. 8. I will not find any loopholes with this agreement or try to wiggle myself out of any of the above mentioned terms and conditions in any way! 9. I have read and understood everything mentioned above, and will fully comply with it. 10. Done!
